I thought you two were Jedi! Now, I understand the 3rd Jedi Commandment (Thou shalt not kill where chopping off a hand would achieve the same goal) as well as the next guy, but what about:
The 1st one: Thou shalt beware of the dark side?
The 4th one: Thou shalt not give in to hate?
And of course, the 10th one: Thou shalt use the force for defense and knowledge and never for attack.

I can't say that I know anything about the 'dark side', but I do think that Captain Solo would be pleased with the continued usage of his arms.
